Over the years, we’ve cultivated a stable and loyal team, with many of our employees serving long-term across all levels—from apprentices and trainees to senior management. Loyalty and commitment are values we actively promote, and we’re proud to support our local community by offering meaningful career opportunities.
Each year, we provide two apprenticeships or traineeships in the trades we require, helping young people launch their careers in engineering. Many of our skilled tradespeople began their journey with us as apprentices, growing into experienced professionals who now mentor the next generation.
